What shipping methods are available?
We use a fast shipping service for all orders in the USA. The cost is 6.99 USD for any order. At the moment, we are unable to deliver to US military bases. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
How long will it take to get my package?
Order delivery time is estimated to be 5-8 days in the USA (please keep in mind that arrival time will be delayed during peak season).
Why is my tracking status not updating?
There are several reasons why your tracking status may not be updated, but rest assured, your package is still in transit to you. The tracking information may simply be updating more slowly than the actual progress of the shipment.
Why does my tracking show the package staying in the same location for some time before delivery?
The tracking updates reflect the various stages of a package’s journey. Sometimes, your package may appear to stay in the same location for a while because:
- It’s being processed at a distribution center or local post office.
- Scanning updates might be delayed as it moves to the next facility.
- It’s waiting for the scheduled delivery date after reaching the final post office near your location.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. We have plenty of international shipping options to fit any need or budget. We will select the fastest available carrier for each order.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept PayPal. When you use PayPal to place a purchase, you will be routed to the PayPal payment page, where you may confirm your payment by entering your PayPal account and password.
Is buying online safe?
Yes. We don’t like it when people give our personal information away. As a result, we will never rent, sell, or share your personal information with anybody. Can I switch my order?
No. When a customer places an order, they will be asked to confirm all of the details regarding the item’s size, design, quantity, and so on. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to your selection of incorrect items, sizes, designs, addresses, and so on.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled. However, you can only cancel your order on the same day if you do so within 6 hours of placing it.If you contact us after this time to cancel your order, it may have already been sent to the warehouse for processing and shipping.
Please be aware that a management, processing, and transaction fee (10% of your total order value) will be applied to the cancellation process. You can send any requests to [email protected].
Can I return or refund my order?
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery and don’t have any sub-fees, except shipping costs when you send the return package.
What is the policy’s time frame?
Our policy was in effect for 30 days after the delivery process was completed. After 30 days, the order will be considered accepted by the customer, and no reimbursement will be made. Read the Returns & Refunds Policy for more information.
I haven’t received any packages from my order. What can I do?
If the shipping tracking code status is complete but you have not received your order, first please check around your house as it may be hidden somewhere. If it is still not helping you, please contact the shipping company we included in the status shipping email notification.
